Stojte vzravnano. Pritiskajte izmenično levi in desni Masai senzor 15-20 sekund.
Postavite se v razkorak. Spreminjajte težišče brez zibanja z leve na desno nogo in obratno.
Naredite korak nazaj in spustite nogo. To naredite 10-20x. Hodite normalno.
Naredite korak naprej, težišče postavite na Masai sensor in naredite zibajoč korak kot pri koraku 2 in 3. Aktivirajte Masai senzor.
Po vadbi prenašanja težišča od pete na prste, vadite hojo na isti način. Med odmorom se sprehodite ali lahko tecite.
