Korak na Masai Sensor. Močno pritisnite na Masai Senzor in se dvignite na klop.
Stopite na klop in se držite vzravnano. Ob spuščanju s klopi zopet pritisnite na Masai senzor in spustite drugo nogo na tla.
Fitnes & trening
Začetni položaj: položite nogo na desko in močno pritisnite Masai senzor. Ko je noga stabilna se počasi spuščajte. Vajo ponavljajte z obema nogama. Cilj: krepitev nožnih mišic in koordinacija.
